NYS Qualified Production Facility
In April of 2020, the Albany Capital Center was awarded a certification to be a Qualified Film Production Facility from the Governor’s Office of Motion Picture & Television Development. This means any productions filmed inside the ACC are eligible for the Empire State Film Production Tax Credit!
